In this solo episode, I’m diving into the “Cycle of Life” framework I use in real estate—a cycle made up of four core phases: Seed, Nurture, Harvest, and Regrowth. These phases represent the critical areas real estate agents should focus on, especially as we head into business planning season. I’ll unpack each phase, highlighting the unique goals, actions, and strategies they represent, and explain why focusing on just one phase could move the needle the most in your business this year.
Here’s a quick look at each phase:
- Seed – This is all about lead generation. The goal is creating new conversations and building your prospect base.
- Nurture – This phase is focused on converting leads into clients by developing relationships and staying top-of-mind through consistent follow-up.
- Harvest – Here, we dive into the client success journey, delivering a seamless experience that leads to successful transactions and satisfied clients.
- Regrowth – After a sale, this phase is about creating momentum. Think of it as turning past successes into future opportunities, maximizing referrals, and building long-term loyalty.
